Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th, 1961) is an American actor. Angela Evelyn is an American actor. Bassett grew up at Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an aunt in New York New York. As Bassett was about five the family were moved into St. Petersburg, Florida to stay with their mother who was been divorced from her father. Bassett, while in high-school was a fan of John Steinbeck's production Of Mice and Men with James Earl Jones and she decided to become an actress. Yale University New Haven Connecticut, where she received her bachelor's in African American and master's degrees (1983). Courtney B. Vance met her at Yale and, in 1997 they tied the knot. Qualification: B.A. graduated from the Yale School of Drama School with a Master's Degree of African American studies in 1980. Angela Bassett is currently working in one of the lead roles in the film Ramonda in the action movie i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
